I know it's been a while since I've written. But, I thought I'd start writing about the quilting and sewing I'm doing.
After a two and a half years of my sewing machine staying in it's box, Ross convinced me to pull it out. And somehow that lead to me quilting. I love doing it, so relaxing and fun. Here's some pictures of the first quilt I made after gettin my machine out. I made it for Lorren's 2nd little girl Hailey.
Since then I've made another and have enough to make 4 more, I can't wait!

hey-just read this and your last post about Dave Ramsey!
I read Dave's FInancial Peace in high school and paid off my school debt the year before J and I got married, but I just read Total Money Makeover (brought it overseas and now I am so excited to save!!) It surely is liberating plus it sounds like J and I are interested in both going back to school at some point...I hope in NC! Don't forget us so we can quilt together when I get back :)

We love Dave Ramsey, we're hoping to teach Financial Peace University at NorthWake soon. But we'll see what God has for us.
We are so excited to be saving too!!! We're on Baby Step 3 and have a long way to go. But, the goal is to have our 6 month emergency fund by Dec.
It would be awesome if yall came back, and believe me we won't forget you. It would be awesome to have someone to quilt with!!!

FINALLY! lol i found your comment on carzy mom quilts on her ragged squares quilt. i saw your link and thought i would see how other real peoples quilts turn out. well WOW your quilt is beautiful. took me a while to find how to message you. i had had had to tell you how amazingly awesome this quilt looks.
i want one!i love ALL the colors and fabrics. they are so fresh and jive together so well.

oh btw we have the same wedding date! mine is april 1st 2006 tho. but not far off huh!
